    Hi,
I'm looking for a Wordpress plugin to allow people to access photos if they have the password. And they can then download any of the photos.

    Any recommendations?
    Thanks,
    Patrick.

One of the best-known is probably NextGEN

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-gallery/

I think the free version will probably do all you want - with the free plugins. But there are paid versions also, with additional options.

    Thanks.
To be able to download (besides right click, save image as) I need to install NextGEN Download Gallery.

Call me stupid but how to I set it up? I've look at this but don't get it.

    Thanks,
    Pa.

I've only used it as a gallery plugin (just to try it out - no longer use it).

So - have you installed both plugins, and at least got the gallery part working ?
As I understand it, you set the gallery up using the main plugin, then add download capability using the second one.
