Zgemma narration

Have zgemma box for the life of me I cannot switch off the narration on this box. It's now only on channel 155 " yesterday " no other channel from what I can see. Have used every setting under AUDIO to switch it off , no use...anyone any idea can it be permanently turned off in settings thanks
