    Hi there

I have the above box and the UK channels have disappeared.

I have tried to reinstall these channels through the Installion Dvb-s method, and also a factory reset.

    The Saorview channels are fine.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

What do you mean by "gone"?

Are the channels listed but no picture or are they missing from the channel list?

If it is the former and all satellite channels stopped working overnight then the first thing to check is the connection/cable/satellite dish.

Can you get another box to hook up to your sat connection? if it works then it is a problem with your box, if it doesn't then it is a problem with your sat dish/LNB or cable.

There haven't been any high winds recently so it is not likely to be dish alignment problems.

    Thanks for the reply.

The UK channels are missing from the list. The Irish ones are fine.

I will check the connections later.

If the channels are gone the best way to re-instate them is to load up a pre-programmed list.

This site has a good manual with youtube vids for most operations:

    https://www.freetv.ie/triax-tsc114-saorview-combo-user-manual/

You will need a channel list file to upload via a USB stick.

    http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=27559978667444548679

This list is from late 2018 so is mostly up to date.
