Reselling tickets on Ticketmaster

Hi all, I bought a ticket on Ticketmaster but have to resell it. I've just learned that there's a reselling function on Ticketmaster, which sounds very handy! Has anyone resold tickets they had bought on Ticketmaster using this function? Was it a straightforward process? Thank you!
