Update Direct Debit to new bank account

    Hey guys, 

    My PCP finance is with BOI and I'm looking to change the account that I pay from each month.

    Can I pm one of you a unique mandate number or something 

    Also,  is it possible to see outstanding balance and stuff online for a pcp agreement like this? 

    I'm not a boi customer for any other account

    Hi There,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here. To update the account the Direct Debit is taken from each month we would recommend that you call our Finance Team on 1890 66 44 66 and one of our advisors will be happy to help you with this. Please be advised that our Finance team will reopen at 9am Tuesday morning.
