    You’ve only got one life.
    There are a lot of probably’s in your post ,
    you might not like the response you get but at least you will know the answer and move on.

    If she has moved on it won’t affect her too much and if she hasn’t moved on and is single you might be happy ever after.

    Tell her.

    No harm in apologising for your behaviour and explaining why you did what you did. And see where that leads.
