Getting filthy renovated house cleaned

We’ve been getting a big renovation done on our house. It’s covered in dust and saw dust (all the mdf architraves etc.) were sawed after the laminate was laid.
Someone told me that it might be possible to rent a machine that looks like a dehumidifier to suck up all the dust. Anyone know about that or about good cleaning services? In Dublin 9.
    Cheers
