Water leak outside elderly ladies house.

    Whist out canvassing 18-4-2019 we noticed a public water mains leak outside of a house we got talking to the elderly lady she informed us she’s 85 arthritis in her legs and heart issues the leak is right outside her main gate on the road and every vehicle that passed is splashing water up and into her entrance which we witnessed. The lady said she can’t move quick enough to exit her house without getting splashed. This leak has been reported before but not acted upon. Details of the address and location are held with me please pm me.
