Iptv subscription not working on formuler z8

Hi I have been using a formuler z8 box that I got about a month a go and added the portal for an iptv subscription. It had been working fine up to about 3 days ago. The subscription provider has advised it may be due to an update on formuler z8 box and that there are no issues on their end. Just wondering is anyone…

Hi
