Government funding

    Hi all

    Does anyone know if there is government funding for building a block of apartments if I am to use this for people on the HAP scheme or for a small retirement village

    Any details at all much appreciated

    Nothing with regards government funding I don’t think.
    There may be some discounts if it’s a social housing project such as no contributions etc

    But you’d have to be agreement and contract with the council before lodging etc
