Hi guys, just a quick query as I've never returned anything to Amazon before (!) and wanted to check something, apologies if this is a dumb question.

I'm returning a faulty item to them and have spoken to customer service via Chat and got everything approved. When they sent me a return label, it turned out to be a Royal Mail return label rather than An Post. I presume I can't use this to send an item from Ireland and need to go back and get an An Post label?

Yeah just hop on live chat and ask for an An Post return label as you are in Ireland, I've had to do it once or twice no issues.
