    Hello,
    My eircom email address will not let me receive any new messages and when people try to email me they can not as it is telling them it can not be used or something like that.

    Can anybody help me please?

    Have you tried it on a PC rather than a TV?

    Have you tried sending yourself an email from another address to see what the exact error is? You may be out of space in the mailbox and have to delete some old emails.
