    Hi there

I signed a contract 8 months ago that requires me to give 3 months notice in a job. After 8 months I have realised Big 4 is not for me and have been offered another job. Would it be normal to be held to the 3 months notice or should I be bale to negotiate down to 1 month fairly handy?

    Thanks

    Dave

If you are in a training contract with ACA in the Big 4 you have to inform Chartered that you want to leave the contract and get the approval from them as well.

You can definitely talk with the firm about the notice and try to negotiate.
