Grounds work plumbing

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction because I'm not having much joy getting anyone to do some grounds work for me.

We had a plumber out to do back boiler and solar work, but he doesn't do grounds work. We have tried to get two other guys out to the house, but I think the job is just to small for them to be involved with, they are probably ordinarily out on developments doing grounds work etc. They seem initially interested, but then don't come by the house.

Our problem is that our bathrooms down one end of the house are not effectively flushing wastewater down to the septic tank, we think that the drop is wrong. Are we calling the right people here or what kind of plumber would be willing to do smaller groundwork?

    Thanks in advance.
