Hi I have Schizoaffective disorder, I am quite unwell at the minute but reluctant to go to the hospital or to get an earlier appointment to see my psychiatrist. I am just wondering is it ever possible to recover from this illness or is this my life from now on, a never ending cycle of hospitalization (which I am trying to avoid)

If you've been officially diagnosed with this condition I assume your doctor/phychitrist have outlined the symptoms and treatments and have prescribed meds. If not or you are still unsure then go visit your gp/phychitrist and get a treatment plan in order. Or/and read up on the condition.
