Question on changing address and forgotten PAC wiht PTSB

    Colleague has recently moved address but is waiting on first bill to verify same. Does the bank accept a change of address by simply telling them the new address. Proposing to do same in a branch with passport ID.

    Secondly she has forgotten her PAC for online banking. I guess that this needs to be sent to the address (after changing same of course).

    Finally, the card has been sent to her former address so a new one would need to be sent to the new address.

    Obviously requires a trip to branch to get all sorted, any tips on this?

    Would it not be easier to give PTSB a call?
