What do you mean transfer? Do you want to post net wage to the P&L or do you want to process wages using Xero?

I really want to know how to record gross wage, net wage, paye, pris, usc, subsitance and bank info, as I would have done in Sage accounts. Any help appreciated.

Your historical payroll information YTD, or chart of accounts, would need to be brought in using Manual Journals.
Going forward, the Xero Global edition (as used in Ireland) has a basic payroll functionality. If you have a consistent salary and tax credits/SRCOP then you can work out the average percentage for each of your taxes and apply simple %of gross values to use the in built payroll function.
However, Xero payroll does not post to Revenue. So, you will need to manually submit your payroll to Revenue using the ROS online submission system.
There are two Xero certified payroll software packages that post to Xero and Revenue
    1) Parolla (Waterford based)
    2) Simplepay
