Hi, Are there any reliable freeware News Tickers out there? I'm not sure that they have gone the way of the Dodo - Maybe mobile ready issues? Thanks!

I used one on a WordPress site many years ago and it was horrible.
It wasn't a smooth scroll and it was a resource hog.
Things might be better now with CSS transitions and browser supported techniques.
