home PC - Good Monitor €400

    Hi,

    Looking to buy and build a PC for a non-specialist-techie family member for approx. €400.

    Will be used primarily for web searching, document editing and regular household stuff.

    Want to buy something that is small, durable, will last and comes with a good monitor.

    Happy with older tech, Happy to buy separate & happy to pick up monitor on adverts and/or ebay.

    Help appreciated!
