hey lads , a mate is putting up a log cabin as a small garden play room / office. What would be the best to use for the floor and roof insulation? spray foam or insulated slab? or even rockwool for the floor, which is built on 6x2? Thanks!

The problem will be air tightness and lack of ventilation to the timber I suspect.
Can he ask the timber units manufacturer what insulation they recommend that works with their product?
