    hello Folks,

detached house with neighbour house on one side. Can an apex shed be put up right beside fence, running parallel to it? 20x30 feet. 10 feet at eves and 13 at apex.
    Thank you

Maximum size of all planning exempt structures combined is 25sqm, so you'll need to reduce size or get planning.

It will also need to be not visible from road, unless the finish will match that of the house.

Distance to boundary not a problem.

What are you intending to use it for?

Make sure you give your neighbor the heads-up on your plans if they are going to be looking at a ten foot wall from their garden they deserve to know what you have planned

Oh, I see you know about the size limits already...

So you have planning permission, right? :D

You might also think about having enough distance between the shed and fence to allow you to get in between to paint or treat it occasionally.
