I was filling out the form 12 lastnight for 2016 when I noticed that a rent tax credit was recorded. There was no option to remove this from the form 12. I own my own house and obviously I’m not entitled to it. Anyone know how I remove it? I tried ringing revenue direct but couldn’t get talking to anyone
    Thanks

You can send in a request to delete the credit through My Enquiry.

If you call the PAYE helpline on 01 738 36 36 around this time there is no queue.
