I used to without fail buy in Runhub in ashtown but the last visit was very poor so won't be returning to them. Their customer service is fairly poor since it split with the other shop. Also the Brooks I bought fell to bits with little to no use. I didn't bother bringing them back because it was hassle buying them so figured it would be more than hassle to complain about the quality of the runners, I'll vote with my feet...

Is their range of runners better than what they have online though?

I always go to Runhub in Ashtown. They wont put you wrong. You don't need to book a gait analysis, just call in and you'll get sorted.

Oddly enough, my comments about their poor customer service was surrounding the 'free' gait analysis that I was told you have to book.
I've bought there for 4 years in a row and been in there 2 or 3 times in 17 (marathon) and found them to be fairly rude. And this is at lunch time when there's no one in the shop.

I had rang to ask could I pop in for the anayliss (told yes) then challenged whether I had booked gait analysis or not and then questioned was the purpose of my visit to buy runners today and if not they were going to charge me twenty euro for the gait analysis!
I ended up buying runners and then mentioned 'oh I forgot the 10e off flyer I got at X race last week' thinking they would knock a tenner off L, they alwaysbused to do that when it was the guy running in the place and I knew him to see him. But I was told they no longer honour these vouchers (which is fine) but then proceeds to put in a flyer in the bag for tenner off next purchase.
Then throw in the fact that the pair of Brooks, which were the previous years stock, the sole came away near the front of the foot very soon with not a lot of miles in them

The Run Hub are brilliant, The customer service is Brilliant. They spend time with customers going through the shoes to ensure you go away with something comfortable.
