So I have a tower crane regularly over my house these days.
I have done lots of research. I can't find any information on the legal situation in Ireland.
I don't want a tower crane over my house.
The developer never approached me or said anything to me before they put the crane up, which happened in a day..
The tower crane rotates right over my house and my front and back garden. I'm very intimidated by this,
    Should I engage a solicitor?
    Any comments appreciated.
