Not correct thread or place but talk to your GP and any other medical person you are working with.
It can help with anxiety and anxious thoughts

    Attend your local GP.
They will decide treatment option including referral to psychiatry team if required.
    No harm seeking help.
    No health, without mental health.

Have you confided in family or close friends or a gp?

It might be a better first option and you may find that there are more appropriate treatments than medication.

A professional opinion will point you in the right direction. Good luck with it.

You really shouldn't be asking strangers on an online forum for medical advice however well meaning the responses might be. A medication that works brilliantly for one person could be extremely harmful for someone else. Seek professional medical advice from your GP. Best of luck.
