I can't access BOI 365 - connection Timed OUT?

    Hello BOI,

    First off, this is not the first time I can't access BOI 365.
    What is going on? How come I CAN Access Business BOI platform via my PC browser but I can't log into 365 platform via the same browser?

    It is very frustrating when on a monthly basis I need to pay for invoices and 50% of the time 365 doesn't work.

We have checked with our support team and the site is working as it should and they haven't received any similar queries. If you call us on 0818365365 when you have access to your PC an adviser will be happy to help with troubleshooting this to resolve it.
