Looking to install electric heaters (jtr ceramic electric) in a Summer home.
Each radiator communicates to a central thermostat.
    There is no WiFi.
I was hoping to use a GSM switch turn on off system remotely.
Can a central thermostat be triggered to turn on off

Any advice / comments / possible

Yes - check out Climate, which runs via GSM.
You would interface it to a relay in your electrical consumer unit to bring on the heating.
