Using Parcel Connect to return items to Sports Direct

    Hi,

Apologies if this has been covered before, but honestly can't find an answer to this.

Have ordered items several times from Sports Direct, but now for the first time, I want to return some. The Parcel Connect returns service seems most convenient for me so I went to their site to print off a shipping label.

Just wondering, though. When they ask for a name, I put in my own. Also put in my own phone number. Now when I get as far as "print label", it comes back with:

To [MY NAME], c/o Fastway Couriers Hub, Sports direct international, Portarlington, Laois

It also lists my name and my number as the contact name and number on the label.

Is this the way it's supposed to be, or should I just put in 'Sports Direct' instead of my own name?

Also confused by the instruction '• Attach the barcode to the area shown on the Parcel Connect return label.'

    Anybody help?

Never mind...just had a response direct from Parcel Connect/Fastway anyway.

Had just posted here as well because I didn't know how long it might take them to get back to me themselves (or even if they'd get back to me at all!).

Anyway, if anyone else is ever wondering, the thing I've outlined above is correct.

Yup, I paid with PayPal for precisely that reason. But still had to send the stuff back somehow, and the question was about the mechanics of that. Where I work means it's difficult to get to a Post Office during the day, so I had to find another way, and my local shop (open until 10 p.m. each night) is an agent for Parcel Connect, so thought I'd try it that way. Dropped the package off there last night anyway, and I presume it's on its merry way now....
