    I've just sold my house.

    Just wondering what documents proving the sale I should expect from my solicitor?

    well, that's the minimum requirement :)

    I meant some receipts of de-registration from the land registry or some documentations about the registry of deeds and so on.

    Purchaser's solicitor takes care of registering the new owner.

    There are no "receipts of de-registration", just the application to register the new owner.
