Yupiteru MVT 7000

Digging through some old boxes in the attic and rediscovered an old MVT 7000, put some batteries in it and it turns on but somewhere in its past life lost the antenna. So anyone know who sells a suitable antenna for it?

Also just about to Google for instructions but if anyone already has a link would be good

Thanks I'll get on the dog n bone tomorrow, also found a pdf manual online so should be able to get it going.

you probably wont pick up much with rubber duck type of antenna unless you are in a city,

something homemade and high up would be better,

Great scanner. I have a MVT 7000 and still use it regularly.

Apart from it not having alpha tagging (not a major problem), it works far better than any of the modern stuff available.
