Hi all, I'm not a novice cook but I'd love to learn more about cooking techniques. For example, how do you cook beef or chicken in a way that makes it tender and juicy.
Can anyone recommend cooking classes in the Dublin or Kildare area for learning more about technique?

Have you tried looking on YouTube for cooking tutourials?

I know that when you bake meat so that it is perfectly soft, you need to add kiwi :)
