decided tonight I am going for a, all on 4, at 36 its a pretty horrible feeling getting a full set,

any tips for me , I am going to stick to Ireland for getting the treatment and will try have them space the pulling of my eroded teeth

I have an emergancy appointment at 9am up with nerve pain on a tooth all night. Hope he just pulls the tooth, i dont think its infected, i have to keep putting water in my mouth every few minutes to stop the burst of pain.

If you have teeth that can be saved I would try that first, All on four involves removing all the teeth and a lot of the bone too...espically if its an errosion issue your will have compensated tooth surface loss. Its all a bit technicial.

You need a dental specialist consultation at your age for that level of work, even if a full mouth of implants were indicated, placing more implants than 4 and doing conventional implant bridgework maybe broken into some sections would be better at your age.

Your toothache is just a pulpitis and is fixable. Dont make rash decision when in pain, your under the duress of the pain.
