    Hi guys.

I bought an S7 Edge that was previously AT&T.
All works fine but lately people are telling me when they call it won't connect and they hear 'we cannot connect this call' message.

Any suggestions? Call divert is off.

    Thanks.

    More info might be helpful.

Have you tried the SIM in another phone to check it's working?

    So why AT&T?
    Where did you buy it?
    In store in the US?
Or used from eBay? Was seller trustworthy?
How long have you had it whilst it was "working"?
How long had it been "not working"?

Any more info that might be relevent?!

    Hey,

Bought used from ebay (so it was AT&T before that) and it was bought from a trustworthy seller about 2months ago. Issue has been pretty consistent the last three weeks.

    Thanks

    Possibly failing LTE handoffs.

An AT&T handset will be Qualcomm based not Exynos based like all the rest of the world bar China.

Try disabling 4G, see if the problem goes away, if it does you need a new baseband which you may not find.

Thanks - weirdly on this phone i can't see where to disable 4G. Online instructions don't seem to match up to the menu.

Find and use the service code to do it. Itll mean typing a series of numbers in as if you were going to call somebody.
