Charged twice for the one purchase

    Hi,

    I bought some boots online from Next.ie @ at cost of €35.00 - which I received yesterday.
    From checking my balance online I can see that there was two separate charges of €35.00 charged to my account. 
    I contacted next and the informed me that they only charged one transaction of €35.00, so it appears that the bank have doubled up on charges. 
    Can you please investigate if i DM account details?

    Thanks for getting in touch,

    When you sign into our full website you should be able to select your recent transactions and view your Transactions in Progress. If the duplicate amount remains in Transactions in Progress, then it should drop off the system in 3-5 working days.
