Does anyone know what's happening with Greene's cafe on the corner of William St and Little Catherine St? The sign has been up for well over a year saying it's being renovated but no sign of it. It's in a prime location for a cafe/pub/restaurant and certainly big enough.

Sadly I think there won’t be anything going on there and it will be a permanent eyesore.
    Terrible pity

Which is a shame. It's a lovely building and location!
