    Hi all
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction regarding site boundaries. I built my present home over 20 years ago. During construction I had a front and side walls built. The rear of the site was a ditch with some nice foliage/small trees on it. At the time we decided to leave it as it was because it gave us an attractive rear boundary. I now wish to build a wall on part of this but am unsure where to put the foundation. My question is where do I measure the depth of the site from ??? Is it from my front wall/foot path/roadway.
    Thanks in advance.

I know it sounds like a smart arse answer but it depends on where you got the distance from!

You need to get a scale copy of your folio map and make sure the boundary you put on the ground matches the one on your folio map. It doesn't matter where you take the measurements from provided the map and boundary match at the end!
