Security Camera fogging up

Hi Folks. Having a problem with ICrealtime cameras (Model: L10-c2c-BMB-10) fogging up. So far the installers have tried to rectify the problem by putting those Silica Gel moisture absorbent sachets in to the camera. The manufactures have also suggested the Silica Gel or drying them out on a radiator. Neither of which provides a permanent or satisfactory solution.

Has anyone else had similar experiences and if so have you come up with a permanent solution?

The seal is gone in the camera and is allowing the moisture build up like you say.
If they are new cameras Id be looking to replace.

    As above.

You could also have a hairline crack in the lens cover.

Thank you for the replies. Both replies make sense but we are leaning more toward the seals even they appear to be OK at first inspection.

We now have the fogging on a couple of the cameras and may be related to the wide variances in temperature we are currently experiencing. Or at least it appears to be the trigger.

Discussions with the manufacture are on going with regard to the warranty period.

If other seals are going it could be a manufacturing issue.
You would need to check the spec for environmental suitability.
Either way the manufacturer should be involved to resolve the issue if in warranty.
