Right of Way issue

    I have an issue regarding a right of way over my property, which I would like to sell, to a redundant Irish Water installation.  This right of way is hampering the sale of the property.  I have emailed Irish Water several times about this but, so far, nothing has been done to resolve the issue.  Can any of the Irish Water people here help me?
