Bojack Horseman

Anybody following this one? I think it's one of the best animated comedies in years and refreshing given how stale older shows like the Simpsons have become.

Basically, Bojak is a washed up former actor and cynical alcoholic horse living in the hills of Los Angeles and 99% of the people he meets get on his nerves. Well worth a peak if you haven't watched before.

It pops up on my Netflix from time to time, kinda tempted but have never clicked on it.

Anywhere close to the quality of Rick and Morty? Now, that's gold!

I was watching it. The few 2 seasons were very good but I thought it started to disappear up its own hole as the later episodes progressed.

I've watched and liked both, and would have to say Bojak is better personally.

Tried season one and thought it a bit shyte.

Don't have the time or the interest in wading through seasons of so-so viewing to get to the meat. It either gets me from the first one or two episodes or not at all.

If you stick with it there are some very clever episodes and really touching episodes too - obviously you need to wait for a bit of character development before it hits you in the feels ...

    Poster, yes. Moderator, no.

    Thanks for the heads up.

You should check out another new comedy OP, it's starting soon on Channel 4.

It's about these priests living together and their stupid adventures. It's set on the fictional Craggy Island I think.....
