    Hi,

    I have a new account setup with eir and my first bill was due last week. It was meant to come out with a direct debit on the 20th but nothing happened so I paid it online on the Thursday. I only received notification today that a direct debit of 200 euro was then taken Friday. The bill was 200 euro so I've now paid 400 due to this. Is there anyway to refund the excess 200 back into my bank account as that money was to pay another bill due this week.
