    Hi all,

Newbie to this forum but a long-standing boardsie.

Just a query. I’m planning on making some changes to my apartment and purchasing some new furniture. I’ve seen some superb items - dining tables, wardrobes, drawer units in Oak Furnitureland.

Thing is, they are only UK based and the nearest one to Dublin, where I live in in Boucher Road, in South Belfast.

Anyone here purchased any items from Oak Furnitureland and were you happy with your purchase. And if so, what were the delivery costs from their store in elastic to Dublin@?

    Many thanks!

Do they delivery to ROI? Their website suggests not.

I’ve found that some of the “big box” shops in and around Boucher Road had informal arrangements to arrange deliveries to RoI. A manager in one said most of the stores would take an order from an RoI resident “for collection” and then arrange delivery. Helps their sales even if not an official delivery arrangement.

You'll often fins shops up north have a recommended courier they'll give you the info of, to deliver to you. Only issue is the shop isn't doing the delivery themselves, so you're in a bit of a hassle-some situation if your products arrive faulty or such.

OP I'm afraid I can't comment on the store themselves, sorry. If you know what you want, presuming you don't live TOO far away, you could rent a van for €50 for a day and head up? (EDIT; sorry, I see you mentioned you're in Dublin - Only a short spin for you, so). :)
