Mobile broadband box

    Before you disappear off the horizon, please could you answer this question for me?
    I have a package with you for domestic mobile broadband.
    The wire between the broadband box and plug is frayed.
    Am I entitled to have this replaced by Eir?
    I have it approximately 2 years.
