Hot Water Solution

Hi All We have timer based solution for water heater. So I can turn on water at certain times and select the duration of how long does I want to keep it one but problem I have is that water is either too cold or too warm. There is no happy middle. Hi All

Also due to different time of day I take shower there is never hot water.

So, I was wondering if there is a solution, where I can specify water temperature and boiler can turn on if water is colder then my specified temp stay off if it is warm
