Has anyone done this in their house? Want to turn spare bedroom into a treatment room for holistic therapies...what colours would be the calmest etc?

natural colours - green, beige, brown, orange. Cover the windows with a solid blind that is quite thin, so it still lets light in. A few plants, depending on the size of the room would also work.
