I spread Urea 1/2 bag to acre before the bad spell started 3/4 weeks ago to get the grass going, it doesn't seem to be working. Is it gone out of the ground now or should it start to work now with the mild weather?

    Did you spread lime recently?

No, but I got soil samples back last week and fields are low in lime this is probably the reason. Would now be ok to spread ground lime or wait until August?

Don't know i normally spread lime when I'm closing paddocks for winter. The reason I asked was if you spread lime you v can't use urea for 3 years as it neutralizes urea. If your land needs lime it will definitely affect growth rate.

3 to 6 months id say. Not 3 years
