WiFi Connection Issues

We have recently had some issues with a number of devices connecting to the wifi in our house. I had an old Samsung mobile which started giving trouble connecting so I replaced it, it was only after that that my wife said she had the same problems with her new Huawei mobile and her Kindle fire tablet. The wifi seems to connect OK but after a few seconds it disconnects and then connects and disconnects for a while before disconnecting completely. As there a 3 different devices of differing ages and makes doing exactly the same thing I wonder whether there is another problem, possibly with the router. Other devices like our laptops and other phones in the house are connecting fine, and whenever I do speed tests the wifi speed is constant and a decent speed. Our broadband is with Virgin. Has anyone got any ideas, or had similar problems?

Is this on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz.

Did you recently get a baby monitor or similar ?

2.4 Ghz and 5 GHz ( the 2 frequencies used for wireless
) are unlicensed and used by a number of devices:

    - baby monitors
    - bluetooth
    - wireless headsets
    - video senders
    - alarm systems ( like the phone watch alarm )

    And much much more.

Try change the channel, see if another channels works better. Any of the devices above and othes can cause interference and hence issues for you.
