    Hi there,

One of my business(web hosting) is not registered for VAT. A friend of mine supplies me clients and for each client, he wants 30-50 euro. It's all good. But he is registered for VAT, meaning when he invoices me for his commissions I am loosing a 21% of my own profit.

So, I am looking for options to avoid that.
    So far what I gathered:

    1) Register for VAT
    2) Invoice him for my service(I provide web hosting for his clients) and make him invoice his clients with his commissions on top.

    Any more options?

    Thank you

    1. If you register for VAT you need to charge it on all of your sales so will your clients be happy with increased costs.

    2. Is your friend happy to take on the invoicing and money collection part of the job.
