    Is anyone able to help?

    TIA :)

Was happy there, a look at my xray, he said all fine with the spine and do those three exercises what will remove the pain. Worked perfectly.
Before was at a chiropractor chipping in 30 euros every two weeks for two years with no change.
Basically my advice for anyone here is, if the doctor brings you back again and again without additional exercise, just change doctors.
