Data limit issues.

    Hello,

    I have not exceeded my data limits (checked my account) but have had no data access for the past two days.
    Just spent half an hour with chat support who don't even seem to comprehend the issue.
    Can someone here please assist me?

    1. Registered Name 
    2. Registered Address
    3. Account Number
    4. DOB
    5. Are you the Account Holder?
