I want to program this CASIO W-753D with a location for the docks in Galway:

    Heres the manual:

    Heres the relevant bit:

I did this years ago when I first bought the watch but I fell off my bike the other day and banged the watch on the ground, it let out a loud beep and factory reset to 00:00 with the location as Tokyo, never did that before in all the years of abuse.

So obviously GMT differential is 0, the bit Im struggling with is the Longitude, it seems to want it in the format xxx deg East, but every single Longitude reading I get for Galway is given as West, Im obviously doing something stupid but what figure should I be entering there? This site has a WEST entry for Galway but its not in a 3 digit format:

Scroll through east until you get to west?

Even if you go down using the B button?
